This journey began in South Africa, a country rich in diversity but burdened by the stigma surrounding mental health. Inspired by personal development and the heart breaking reality of losing loved ones to suicide, we set out with a purpose to create a platform where no one would ever feel like they had to struggle alone.
What started as a small initiative to foster understanding and support has grown into a global community. We are here for everyone, regardless of societal prejudices, or where they are in the world. The Mental Family is a space where conversations about mental health are met with compassion, resources are accessible to all, and no one is left behind.
